Investor relations responded to me instantly it sounds close to the same as others.

The encapsulation process itself appears to now be fault free and reproducible.

Compare to the 18-Sep-18 PR pump

We are happy to report that the encapsulation portion of the process during the pre-production run went flawlessly.

What's the difference between "fault free", and "flawlessly? Ok, what about the rest of the process

We are currently working to optimize the remainder of the entire manufacturing process

Back to Sep we go:

Austrianova completed the entire production process a few weeks ago and since then has successfully filled syringes with capsules that were produced during this pre-production run. This process was carried out to mimic what will be done in the final production run from encapsulation to preparing for direct shipment of PharmaCyte’s live-cell product to clinical trial study sites.

So, the 18-Sep PR pump says encapsulation went flawlessly, and AN then completed the cycle as to mimic a production run. But in the intervening time, now they claim to be still working on the post encapsulation part. The "entire production process" is now being "optimized", as in changed. Back to the current time frame...

and making sure that it’s consistently reproducible and therefore acceptable to the FDA.

In another words past test runs have been inconsistent, and not reproducible - else surety would already be present, and no need to tweak or "optimize". This also strengthens an indeterminate timeline. They can claim they are tweaking away to "optimize" everything. A play off the slogan tag line "it has to be perfect".

Then finally they finish with telling SHs again, they'll put out a PR about something (not necessarily related to the mythial IND) whenever they get around to it.

Well, at least this one wasn't as defensive and childish as the previous reported response.
