Just re-read through the 2019 updated F/S. A couple of things come to mind.

There is no mention of financing "negotiations". Only securing it -- putting it in writing & in Mark's hand. The deal is done, at least enough to start construction. IMO.

Scott & team are very excited to be able to build & operate this project. You can't do that without $$$$. He wanted the construction permit issued by Jan 2020 for a reason, IMO.

Just wondering if Nordmin is part of the "strategic investors" Mark is referring to. They have had first hand knowledge of all the new numbers in advance of them being published. They might not need a condensed version either.

I think financing news comes out shortly after the close of the PP.
