good point, although if the sec hasn't shut this down yet why now? think most of the otc is a "get what you deserve" mentality.

we'll see on monday what the market thinks of jf's threat to take the company private....if it totally tanks i guess the shareholders can try a class action do to jf's irresponsible remarks.
