Etrade seems to not update that information very well on OTC companies.

That is why I always go to OTC Markets for the updated information. If OTC Markets doesn't have the most current information, no one does.

Etrade and most major platforms I have seen rarely update OTC information. Most likely because of how often it changes and how awful some comapnies are at updating and being compliant with reporting. I'm guessing to cover their ass they only report on it occasionally and when they for sure have soild info.

Just my take on it though, maybe someone has a better answer or one directly from Etrade.
