Well there you go. When I saw ZMRK hit the scanner I called a good friend of mine who had also invested in ZMRK in 2004 about this activity. He spoke to Steve who told him he was out, the shareholders were in good hands and the stock may go to a buck. I would imagine he received stock options as part of the deal. I take this with a grain of salt as I know Steve to stretch the truth, but its possible. I do believe there maybe a RM in process and AeroPonLeaf will be the recipient. This will be our optimal outcome. If this happens I would like to see the management team stay in place for 18 months for support. If this happens the LONGS will reap the reward.
