Yup, and the scam crew here at the helm of this pos ticker have until mid-May to take on convertible notes and give away shares in a multitude of ways for their own personal benefit, before the Q1 report has to come out and show shareholders how much they've 1) ballooned the O/S already, and 2) taken on more convertible notes to pay for their personal enrichment, at the expense of shareholders' hard-earned money when they ultimately let those loans convert to dilute the stock to oblivion before the next RS. Wash, rinse, spin, and start over. It's only happened twice in the past year.
