I see your point but I still believe what you label "transparency" to the extent they must give us a heads up on their intentions to raise cash well in advance is either required or the norm.
Yes the BOD and mgmt work for us. But if every bit of planning were to be shared with investors we might as well all have a seat at the table.

I reiterate, the financials are put out there for all to see. Clearly there would be a need for cash to give a good cushion for their work going forward if the reader scoped the details. I find this not surprising that they floated shares and would neither be surprised if down the road they might float some more.

All of could be moot at least as respects the share price if a substantive piece of news comes out on outcomes, awarded contracts, positive result reports, partnering etc etc.
I expect that will occur before year end and we'll all be pleasantly surprised,

Yes , the market is the ultimate arbiteur and the market gives all of this dilution a thumbs down. Always the case with dilution. Sell first; Ask questions later. And surely some of the institutions lightened up.
So now we watch and wait. When some of this selling dries up a/o good news is released, they'll be back.... quick and plentiful.
