POSSIBLE BUYOUT ???

I know this is pure speculation, but consider again from cert filing.

Insider holdings have doubled over the past year.

This does not even come close to covering the massive lockup increase.

So, how were the shares locked up and who were the flood of new stock holders.

Stealth buyout???...

You can never be sure about the OTC market, and it is not always(not usally) the company owners going low...


Supposedly, a written request to USRM should answer the float and new holder mystery.
