According to someone, Medico said he isn't selling shares. That's Hearsay, so take it as you will. Facts are he got rid of the convertible debt...How, we won't know until the financials come out.
If a noteholder got shares as part of the note payoff, technically Medico is not selling.

The T/A updates monthly, so look here, and don't believe people on a forum, research yourself.
