Only facts here, not this bs speculation you keep presenting. And, the facts show what shares the company provided to Tim Paul were returned in full. End of story.
You, on the other hand disclosed that Rick solicited this Tim Paul to illegally promote EXMT and ICBU, and provided him shares for the service. Soliciting an illegal promotion is an SEC violation (thus the illegal part.)
Now, who do you think is going to get in trouble for that? The one that profited from it or the one that didn't? Clearly, one chose not to be involved given the return of the shares given to him by Rick. So, you seem to be siding with your old crooked buddies even though you clearly outed them for their illegal activities.
Not sure how they are going to feel about that.
