Don't be to hard on me, Rodin. I was just venting on an overall bad day in my life. As you indicated, a lawsuit would drag out longer than anyone would care to wait and the end result, if successful, would amount to pennies on the dollar for SH's with the majority of any proceeds going directly to the attorneys involved.

I still strongly believe that CYTR remains undervalued at present because of those that want it as such. I'd break even, including the thousands already lost on expired options, if CYTR's pps ever breaks $2, but many would remain losers, including yourself. Meanwhile, I will remain long and strong regardless of our outcome, and hope I live long enough to see it, whatever it may bring. However there are no guarantees in life except death and taxes! I do hope I outlive SK since he is almost 12 years ahead of me! LOL!

I wish you a Good Friday tomorrow without any concern for CYTR, and as we celebrate Easter together on Sunday. We still have the rest of our lives, and our children's lives to wait for ASAP.
