Financial's improved all the way through 1st quarter 2019..i believe this is a restructuring move for better payment arrangements on debt.. they are still managing the comoany. There is not a monitor..if they cancel shares someone will always buy. But very bad press.. someone is buying these shares cheap.. i think shares will survive and this will be wrapped up quick to catapult price..
