I think I know who “ JAMES360 “ is.


After BRWC was delisted in Dec 2016 a Robert Stevens
was appointed as the Receiver and either Robert Stevens
or Francine appointed a James J. Duncan as the new
President of Boreal Water in 2017.

My research shows that James J. Duncan is an
independent hedge fund and is in the same business
as Robert Stevens.
