I don’t think vietnam is ready and I believe Polartec will be supplied by the pilot facility...at least until vietnam is ready...whenever that is...

My guess is kim would have wanted to hold off on the Polartec pr...I think Polartec said bs, and insisted the time was now...for whatever their reasons...not the least of which is to get kim off his slow, paranoid butt...

I don’t think they had the capability until fairly recently...and they have been a little busy with the army...but as we recently found out in the 10k, they don’t have much going on with the army anymore...so guess what?...its all about Polartec now!...,
