Revised msg to smoki post #5480: Agreed, but we would be a lot better off if Algernon spins off the med device to Cannabix as I stated previously on All relevant msg boards. We got took from day one and managements plan for the device as written in the AIF is inadequate to make up for Kal's theivery. The plan for the med device gets us nowhere in terms of realizing any return on our stolen money. Short of making a deal with Cannabix for shares back to common shareholders, mark my words you simply got F***** Over. Remember, that after Kal sold off his shares, he skipped town, left us high and dry. When the stock waded at Rock Bottom Kal came back for the kill and took half our shares and spun us in another high risk investment direction. We have gained nothing. I don't care what the stock hits. Be it bankruptcy or brinks truck. Kal needs to make amends. Otherwise, he's just a hard core criminal. The only person that needs to broker a fair deal with Cannabix is Kal himself (Left and Right Brain). He has controlling shares of both Cannabix and Algernon.

Never forget,

P.S. Let's also not forget, Breathtec is a device company that has never shown shareholders a device. There is no official device ever brought forth for shareholders to see. All information relied upon is/was a belief Cannabix's device was like our own. Along with whatever has been written in the monthly reports or news releases (much of which never panned out). It's insane the amount of abuse shareholders have and continue to put up with. To date, Cannabix has waved 4 devices at it's shareholders. Be it just a prop or not, they saw something! Now we're headed down yet another loooong and winding spin about FDA this and that and licensing or partnerships about pushing the tech forward before ever getting to a commercial device. Our current CEO spent like a decade, maybe more, chasing after money with another device at a company that turned over 3 times. Still no successes with such a device. Yeah...renewal/changes. We got some, and some of those changes are clearly not in the best interest of common shareholders.
