The problem is Brad’s word is not good. He said the Reg A would bring in up to $16M, yet Brad hasn’t updated shareholders on the Reg A. Although he said it was being amended January 2019 with updated information - according to Edgar, nothing has been filed to the SEC since last May, 2018.

He was also suppose to pay the TA. It’s been going on 6 months without a reporting TA, that’s pitiful. Plus debt is also an issue, he said he was cleaning it up, but the financials are loaded with debt.

I don’t believe much, if anything, he’s said mainly because nothing ever comes to fruition.
