Well I guess we take our $2.55 a share cash when insiders vote this through and wait and hope Canopy goes on a a tear. Otherwise if this goes to the moon after the June vote we only get .58 a shares of CGC. Best case is the spread widens and we can avg down and get into canopy cheaper.

Not the worst deal in the world but its really only truly sweet for those who were early insiders. Everyone else gets a meh deal. I was thinking we would've been upwards of $30 by summer anyways.
