I'm sure that anyone who has ever had a really really good boss, takes away several principles and practices that continue throughout their career.

My thought was of Aaron Feuerstein. I remember that fire, the devastation, that is why I posted the article. More importantly continuing to pay the salaries and health insurance for 3,000 employees while rebuilding.

Those are the values and principles that
