R/S- Depends on whether substantive news is awaiting. While it appears right now that the probability of a R/S is increasing, it's not a slam dunk.

$.40- Anybody's guess. We're in unchartered territory with little to go by on the charts ( absent support). Yet I cannot accept a value so low as to dismiss the potential, trial progress and voices spoken by doctors and scientists who strike positive notes.
