It is my perception that INTL is unloading the remaining converted prefered shares. With the explanation that arrangements were made to eliminate them.
They evidently went into the open market. Thus until they are absorbed by buyers of what ever type, we remain a little lower.
Once they are gone and absorbed we should raise the PPS quite a bit.
Maybe they will be gone by the time Q! comes out in about 2 weeks.
