Obviously the company has no IR department. Whoever is responding to shareholders is just part of the say anything to convince the believers that PMCB is working itself to death trying to file their IND. Meanwhile Shady Kenny has openly stated "we are just waiting on vendors" and "its not in our control". What exactly is the great management (KW,Crabtree and Carlos) of PMCB doing 24/7? Anyone still wondering why no Institutional interest, no partnerships, no progress? What you have here is a company that has been in business for over two decades now on its third "business model" and having produced nothing. A company that only releases Puff paid for PR's only when its "3rd Party" that buys shares at .01 needs to unload their shares at 300-400% profit and then start the cycle all over again. Any objective person can clearly see this is a stock selling scam run by a known stock selling scammer. IMHO
