Why this Pos Scam is trading at very High $291K Market Value now based on its 242,522,960/234.05M shares OS/float counts v.s. its Non-Reporting peer ACTL is trading at ridiculous low $69K MV currently?

Anyway near Ten Millions shares dumped at $0.0006 ~ $0.0009 since June 14, 2018 alone! Even at its Bottom $0.0006 EIPC still has $145,513.78 MV which is still over Twice of ACTL's current MV at $0.0001 or over the Entire MV of ACTL at its 52-week high $0.0002! In another word EIPC is Extremely Over-Valued now and Extremely Over-Bought currently!

To be fair, EIPC will crash to 0.0002 or 0.0003 (i.e. $48.6K ~ $72.8K MV) in order to match ACTL's $69K MV at its Bottom!

The current price $0.0011 (i.e. $291K MV) is actually Too Expensive to buy based on the majority of its peer's much much lower current MV! At its 52-week high $0.0015 EIPC has $363,784.44 Huge MV!
