The brewery has annual production capacity of 8,000 bbls and boasts four 120 bbl fermenters which will enable for expanded runs.

Sipp Industries and Bur Oak are currently in the process of submitting the already approved Alcohol & Tax Trade Bureau (TTB) hemp beer recipes and has begun production scheduling. The initial run will be the popular Major Hemp HIPA which is now being sold in nearly 175 locations in Illinois, Iowa and Kansas. The Company intends to add ensuing runs of Major Hemp Brown Ale as well as other recipes currently under development and review with the TTB.

President Ted Jorgensen of wholly-owned subsidiary, Major Hemp commented, “This is a monumental step for the company and we are thrilled to partner with Bur Oak Brewing Company. Craig and his team have excellent facilities and we can’t wait to begin brewing our hemp beers with Bur Oak.”
