Waggoner last worked for a giant stock scam and this is a giant stock scam.

The bum has spent over half a decade paying himself six figures while doing nothing for shareholders.

Now now that's not true. He has been hard at work cranking out PRs about:

PRs about completed Phase 1/2 CTs.

PRs about a Pivotal CT goal lasting 6 months, hopefully being granted accelerated status, and presto it's in the market. Not only that but it was coming soon for years worth of PRs.

Then suddenly all of the famous med experts told him an IND would be required first. And Kenny promised an IND submission by Q3 2015, and then by EOY 2016. See sea he was trying soooo hard, because it's all soooo complicated!

And all of those pre-IND meeting PRs through Xmas 2016. Poor Kenny all of that time away from the family cranking out PRs.

Then suddenly again, the med experts finally told Kenny about pre-clinical testing. Kenny on the beach receives word the magical cells have gone bonkers genetically. Horrors! Poor Kenny having to interrupt his well deserved vacation spend hrs on the phone calling out to EuroFins, or whatever other fins he saw circulating on the ocean front.

Kenny then spends all of 2018 cranking out a blow by blow description of this-that pre-clinical test. Working himself to exhaustion, and requiring a suntan to restore his health. And now IR promises to release a PR update about sumpthin, at some indeterminate time in the future. As soon as Kenny, and the BODs get back from their Caribbean retreat. The disk drive of his computer bound to be loaded with brand new ... recycled PRs! What more doo ya wants from the man!?

So how can you say Kenny (my hero) is a bum, and has dun nuttin!!! Oh the admonishments of humanity itself!
