/// There is always a learning curve when venturing out to start a business. Management must learn the ropes. Making mistakes comes with the territory. And even changing course is expected when one idea doesn't make the grade. Moving on may be wise or even necessary to apply lessons learned in a more profitable venture more effectively. Repetition is to be expected.

From what I know (or at least think I do), Bob is a learner and I think his efforts are going to pay off well with DSGT. At least in my theory. Past mistakes are not erased but now, only his current efforts matter.

Of course, I am assuming he has rectified his past mistakes for the purpose of developing a successful business, not just another means of supporting his own life style with the SHs being damned!
