Improved chance for dismissal. Just a FYI.

SOX violation "DISMISSED". From the filing:

:,'I therefor dismiss this as to Anderson and find no Section 105(c)(7)(BJ'violations by Carnahan or CYIOS.".

And this from the filing: SEC Atty:

"In a telephone conference call Tuesday, March 17, 2015 @1100, Chris Davis stated "I would not have a case if it was not for the alleged Sarbane-Oxley violation."

Again, just a FYI. Anyone interested needs to read the entire filing. IMHO, we are back to 50-50 chance of dismissal. HAWK
