Emergent is a design build company that seems to have been formed for this 3 way merger. That’s why by Googling the 3 principles, they’re all affiliated with other companies. Plus the fact they don’t have a website to see what they’ve actually designed/built, I don’t know how they would have any revenue for 2018. The only way they would show revenue is now that they merged with LVGI-SHHI, they claim their revenue??? I don’t know but it looks like Emergent is a start-up.
Elizabeth King wrote me “Emergent Design-Build Solutions is a new partnership between three companies and LVGI. They are in the process of rebranding and a website will be up soon” She also said “the fiscal calendar year for Emergent will mirror LVGI to simplify accounting and accelerate the audit process”. What say you??
