The piece of news I’m most excited about short term is the announcement of the name of the final BOD, IMO they are saving something big till last there.

And as some one mentioned Bobby hasn’t diluted in nearly 3 years and all filings are Edgarised, why the expense if not planning on audited-fins and complete SEC reporting?, also MAXM is known to have started all this preparation two years ago.
