I wonder how poorly the hemp oil company was performing, in order for them to take it over? Also, it looks like the coffee segment they acquired is failing as well? Did they fail to deliver on contract, and lost contract(s) because of a FTD? They blamed it on shipping issues? Their track record of purchasing failing businesses, and not being able to make them profitable is becoming a bad habit, imo. Mind-boggling for sure. New lows are coming, imo. They failed to deliver on last years estimates, next years 10K will probably be a great let down too, imo.
