I agree. This has a solid path in front of it. If more people knew about it I'd say theres a steady move up till share cancellation and completion of the building. I just hope they bought mining equipment already w/ how cheap it became. I'm not sure if prices are increasing again but I'm sure there's plenty of time to get the hardware set-up before a huge BTC spike to $10k+.
