Yes, I am aware that the bank went from 3 to 5 million shares to quite a butt load of shares.



I had one bank that was bought out at LESS than the price the stock was trading at

Four or five years back I was nailed when Mountain Bank & Trust in Hendersonville NC was sold for way less than the stock was selling for. It went from about 1.25 to .38 in a nano second. I lost maybe $2,000 that day. I was in Charlotte NC playing bridge the day of the big drop. The drop didn't help my bridge game a bit either. LOL
