my theory is that petar is spanking us because of all of the pestering pinkie investors messing up the cement contract, the rcmp visit, the psycho-reporter visit, the incessant phonecalls, etc. he's the boss apparently and he'll release them when he wants. personally i think his dad didn't hug him enough as a child, but that's just me....
