It stated, "Specific to the cold storage plant, after the first full month of operation, the monthly power requirements had dropped so drastically, that the power company of Laramie sent out one of their technicians to check the meter at the facility. They were CONVINCED that the meter was broken and needed to be replaced. After the meter was checked the technician came back and reported no problems" ….
Basically, the PAS worked so well, the power company was baffled and couldn't figure out why this was happening. NOT IN ONE INSTANCE DOES IT STATE PAS AFFECTED THE METER, but that the power company thought something was wrong with it, because of such low readings of power consumption. IT was a nice try to twist words around though, kudos.
Also, I don't know if you saw the new hire is an ELECTRICAL ENGINEER with a masters in ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING and was DIRECTOR of Wyoming ENERGY OFFICE? You stated months ago to talk to ANY electrical engineer and see what they say. Well, here we are... he is on the board and on board with PAS. Must not be too illogical now can it?
