This POS scam is dead. It's gone dark: Kim (the shareholders' best friend!) files financial reports that contain no financial information. There's a big ol' red STOP sign over at OTC Markets, and the only action is some never-ending lawsuit between two penny stock dirtbags about crap that took place years ago and that has nothing at all to do with the share price here.
