Holy shit...This is about to go on a serious ride. To summarize: (i) Cleanspark enters into a transaction requiring shareholder approval for a highly significant investment ($20 million) over the next two years and (ii) will be applying to uplist to Nasdaq by the end of May. Warrant is exercisable for ranges between $3.50-$10 over the next two years...and a warrant would only be exercised if the stock was well above that.

This sounds like they were purchased...
