Reasonable and quite straight forward. By the book pretty much. Yet I was and still am of the belief the D could drop at any second. Does not have to be exactly 20 trade days. I felt that DSGT could seek early drop with confirmed compliance with meeting SEC requirements. It does not look like that is going to happen, so back to your scenario.

The only cliff hanger in all this is the A/S. DSGT has direct control over whether to increase the A/S. I believe there is a lot of pressure on them to do exactly that....unfortunately. If not sooner, than later.

For my interests, I am just tired of the wait. Seems so mismanaged. So unnecessarily long. Excess time breeds doubt and skepticism regarding intent.

I simply can't stand another 'Next week'!!
