I emailed the Transfer agent to get a current share structure and this is what they sent me back. Transfer agent is not gagged like most OTC tickers are. No dilution at all here. Solid play if you don't mind holding.

AIMH has an amazing share structure to be-able to load in the low subs. This one is a buy and hold for sure. Big gains will come here at some point. Holding strong and been adding on the BID for it. Building a real nice position..
