Overview Of Business

The current plan is to move the development of this FAIMS device into a finished working prototype phase. The next step is to look for a licensing or development partner for the technology who would then to move it though the research use only phase (“RUO”) and ultimately provide it to researchers for breath test development.

So the question is does a licensing or development partner mean anything tangible ($) for shareholders? Simply handing off the tech for nothing in return but a chance at some money somewhere in the future means...Kal Malhi royally screwed us!
