If you made a deal with me to pay a debt you owed me in GOLD and ya owed me X and it took X in gold to repay me to repay me, I don't care how long YOU TOOK to repay me you owe me X ounces of GOLD pard not the dollar figure with gold having gone from 365$ an oz to at one point 1,300 per troy oz.

And as per your calculation it was 300,000 SHARES OF STOCK so 300,000 it be, UNLESS there is or was specific language that put the agreement into a specific $ figure and not shares figure.
