New ownership, new direction, new filings, etc.

If I'm Srecko Bojt, first thing I'd do is change the name and the symbol, why he's keeping the name 'Rafarma Pharmaceuticals" is beyond me.

Trust me virtually no one has fond memories of RAFA, and that whole fiasco that when down here, some folks lost everything, every single penny they put in this, after a DTC issue with the original shell they tried to use JAQC.

I see no reason to keep this name, and continue adding to the confusion, that has already existed for years, just start fresh, with a new symbol, and name....that's the best thing to do IMO.
