It's obvious Imaging3 needs help. Makes total sense in the context of the last month's press releases, and the company's enthusiasm about the RTO. Good thing though, the company is small, and although their problems are overwhelming on that scale, for a larger company, these problems may be trivial. Heavy debt for micro-cap isn't so heavy for small-cap.
