It would be my lost; I am the one that took the gamble on the sub-penny stock. I knew the risk when I bought it looking to make a killing. Like I said it is similar to going to Vegas. More sub-penny stock fails than succeed, investing in OTC is a gamble, you can loose money in the major exchanges as well but the odds are better. Look at Lift people that bought it at the IPO price lost 20% in the first week.
