This PR from 5 years ago has absolutely nothing to do with this now, for that matter never really did, even back then...lol. The folks in the US(RAFA) tried very hard to make investors believe that RAFA and Rafarma Pharmaceuticals(Russia) were one in the same, but no one ever really bought it, and it eventually all went to chit. They may have tried to acquire it, but it never panned out.

Eventually, Rafarma, the Russian pharmaceutical plant operator, was bought out by the PROTEK Group back in 2017, that ended the farce, and the US investors in RAFA didn't get squat in that deal, which proved that there was never anything here to begin with.
