Vino.... yep A new drug would be easier since big pharma kinda runs the FDA. Medical device to fight what? Sepsis? Hell they didn't even know what the hell Sepsis was until Dr Chan explained it to them!
I speak to a DR in our family … and a good friend that runs Pharmacy at a major hospital... she makes ICU rounds with docs … helping them to ensure that they are doing everything possible from a "drug" therapy standpoint … she speaks of "throwing everything but the kitchen sink" at a patient sometimes... all options on the table... patient is dying. Multi organ failure... Septic shock.... While she is amazed at what I show her... she is a Pharma gal... and is a skeptic. Big mountain to climb. I'd go to Cleveland Clinic with cardio options... Mayo … Sini in NYC Yea.. I'd camp out at 10 major hospitals in the USA...
