When this same scenario played out on AMJC in Dec. '01 & Jan. '02, the same thing happened but about 2 weeks prior to the meeting to increase the A/S, the CD holders began shorting again. They knew they could cover with shares issued after that date. It tanked hard.

I'm wondering if the same thing might happen here the closer you get to 10/2. Is the vote to increase with THTHF a lock?
