Down here market cap means little to nothing, has everything to do with how the stock is trading and how many shares there are to trade, in this case 273M. I've seen stocks with 25M market caps and 10M in debt with no revenue trading multiple pennies.

Some use it as a benchmark I could care less, and go by the actual trading I see.
