This whole venture is a new concept, as I see it. I don’t know of any other business doing this. As such, there is the risk it does not work. Will young guys pay $10/hr to use these machines? It remains to be seen. But I would think you want your first site to start with a lot of promotion. The whole sports business is about promotion, Kaplan knows this with NBA.
