$FLTT was taken control of by Paul Moody in August with the help of Frederick Bauman through Clark County Courts. Vincent Brown no longer has any future control here. We are looking at a Trip stock with 900M AS and about 800M OS as of 11/12. Bauman has been updating the courts every quarter about steps being taken and progress being made. These guys are known for taking over companies like this and making them public vehicles for mergers. Patience will pay off here.
