Now that the share structure is updated it will likely tank anyway. Fair value of an empty shell is around $1 million market cap, not $4 million. There are plenty of other shells like this sitting well below $1 million. And it is highly unlikely there will be any merger announcement until after the discharge, sometimes months to years after
