That’s not what it means at all, market cap simply is 4.4 million because there are 1.8 billion shares out and were trading in the .002’s. Which is kind of high for an empty shell IMO. The merging company could have zero in assets and be a startup, or they could be an established company with $50 million in assets. Nobody knows, and definitely has nothing to do with the market cap
